These popper's are full of flavour, mostly mild heat, (may be the odd popper's that is hot). Serve on their own as they are juicy and delicious without sauce, if you need sauce, use BBQ or Chilli.

Instructions

Tasty Filling

Step 1
Place cream cheese, tasty cheese and chives into a bowl, season to your liking with salt and pepper, then mix until combined. Scrape seeds out of jalapeno halves.

Fill and wrap popper's

Step 2
Place filling into each half of the jalapeno's. At this stage you can choose to combine 2 halves to make a whole popper, or keep in halves. Wrap jalapeno's with either the Bacon or Prosciutto.

Cook and enjoy

Step 3
Place into oven at 180c for approx 15 mins or until the Bacon/Prosciutto is nicely brown.
Step 4
Let rest for 5 minutes then enjoy.
