Instructions

Step 1
To a pan brown the sausage. Once cooked through add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Stir in the pasta sauce, Italian seasoning, and thyme. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Stir in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Add in the pasta and submerge under the liquid. Drop the heat to low, cover, and cook 15 minutes or until the pasta is done.
Step 5
Stir in the cream cheese and cottage cheese until melted.
Step 6
Top with mozzarella cheese, cover, and cook on low for 2-3 mins until melted.
