Instructions
Step 1
On an oiled pan over medium high heat, add your chopped broccolini and let it cook for 3 minutes. In the meantime, chop your chicken sausage. Add it into the pot and mix. Let it cook for 5 more minutes
Step 2
Add your fiocchetti into the pot with a little bit of water and cover, until fully cooked (10 more minutes)
Step 3
Once it’s cooked, add minced garlic and sun dried tomatoes
Step 4
Optional: serve with Parmesan
