Instructions
Step 1
To a pan over medium heat sear the round steak on each side for two minutes then transfer it to the crockpot.
Step 2
To the crockpot top the round steak with all the other ingredients.
Step 3
Stir until the seasoning and veggies are combined.
Step 4
Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Step 5
Remove the meat from the crockpot and cut into even sized pieces.
Step 6
Add the meat back in and cook for an additional 30 minutes
