Ingredients

2 poundsbeef stew meat
cut into 1 inch cubes
1onion
sliced
1green bell pepper
seeded and sliced
1 x 6 ozcan tomato paste
2 tablespoonsground paprika
1 teaspoongarlic powder
1 teaspoonsea salt
¼ teaspoonground caraway seeds
0.25black pepper
freshly ground
4 cupsbone broth
made with beef bones
2 tablespoonsarrowroot powder
4zucchini
cut into noodles
Instructions
Step 1
In the slow cooker, combine the beef, onion, bell pepper, tomato paste, paprika, garlic powder, salt, caraway, and pepper.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together the bone broth and arrowroot.
Step 3
Pour the broth mixture over the beef and vegetables.
Step 4
Cover and cook on low for 7 and 1/2 hours.
Step 5
Stir in the zucchini noodles.
Step 6
Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes, and serve.
