240mlmilk

3 tablespoonswater

55gbutter

420gall-purpose white flour

3 tablespoonsgranulated sugar

¾ teaspoonsalt

2 teaspoonsyeast

Cream Cheese Icing
Instructions
Step 1
Melt Butter
Step 2
Beat egg with water
Step 3
Add milk, melted butter, and beaten egg to the bread machine
Step 4
Add yeast, sugar, flour, and salt to the bread machine
Step 5
Put through one cyle of the dough setting
Step 6
Pour dough out onto a well-floured surface and knead in extra flour until it is easier to handle
Step 7
Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thick with a floured rolling pin
Step 8
Make the filling and spread it evenly across the entire dough surface
Step 9
Roll up the dough and cut into one inch thick rounds
Step 10
Place rounds in a greased 9 by 13 pan
Step 11
cover and proof for another 30 minutes or in the fridge overnight
Step 12
Bake at gas mark 4 for 25 minutes
Step 13
Beat icing ingredients together and use to coat the buns
