Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a bowl mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and cornstarch. Set aside.
Step 3
In the bowl of a stand mixer or bowl with hand mixer, cream together softened butter and sugars. Mix for 2-3 minutes until fluffy.
Step 4
Add in eggs and vanilla extra, mix until just combined.
Step 5
Pour in flour mixture, mix until just combined.
Step 6
Pour in oats and mix again until just combined.
Step 7
Add in dried cranberries and white chocolate, mix until combined.
Step 8
Using an ice cream scoop, scoop cookie dough onto baking sheet.
Step 9
Bake for 14-18 minutes, until golden brown.
Step 10
Using a circular shape or mason jar lid go around each cookie to form perfect circle (Optional)
Step 11
Cool on rack & enjoy!
