Chocolate Mug Cakes

Easy and delicious chocolate mug cakes with a gooey centre that are ready in minutes!

Step 1

All the optional ingredients, I add when making this. The vanilla essence is just a tiny little bit.

Step 2

In a mug, add all the ingredients, apart from the chunks of chocolate.

Step 3

Add in a few chunks of chocolate into the middle.

Step 4

Microwave for 60-90 seconds. And enjoy!

Step 5

If you want to do more than one, add on 30 seconds or so if microwaving at the same time. Took about 100 seconds to do two.
