Chocolate Mug Cake

It was pretty good and my mom actually liked it bc it wasn’t too sweet since she isn’t a big fan of chocolate! It was just right:).

This has become our go-to for when we need a quick fix for a sweet tooth - though we don't find this overly sweet and usually add just a dash more sugar. Always turns out - super easy to make. Great with a scoop of ice-cream on top.

Yummy! Not as fudgey as I would like. I used a little less oil because batter was wetter than it should be.

I have a powerful microwave (1200 watts) so I only had to heat it for 40 seconds & it was done! It tasted really good & chocolatey, didn't look like the pic but it was still good. Served with a scoop of ice cream and it was perfect I bet you can press in a piece of chocolate into the batter and have a lava/molten cake after it cooks.
