23 ozcherry tomatoes

olive oil

8 ozorzo

1 ¾ cupvegetable stock

1 Tbspsun dried tomato paste

2 Tbspvegan cream cheese

Instructions
Step 1
Add cherry tomato's to a pan with plenty of oil and salt and roast or fry until softened and juicy. Add orzo and stock and cover and boil for 12 minutes.
Step 2
Remove from the heat and add 1 tbsp of sun dried tomato paste and 2 tbsp of vegan cream cheese and stir well. Add a large handful of spinach and cover to let it wilt.
Step 3
Plate up with creamy yogurt and top with dressing. Add toasted walnuts and serve.
