Sourdough Sandwich Bread

Add to bread machine (wet at bottom, dry on top). Set to dough cycle. TURN OFF MIX IN and leave overnight. In the morning, dump out, very lightly shape (fold one side over to almost the edge of the other side, then fold the remainder on top, do some pulling and tuck in ends. Put on parchment and into loaf pan. Cover with damp towel and let rise for 1-1.5 hours (just until the dough reaches the edges, after 40 minutes, keep an eye on it). Preheat oven to 375. If using sesame seeds, Egg wash it, add sesame seeds. If no sesame seeds, bake as is. And bake 25-30 minutes. Immediately brush with 10 grams of melted butter, rest for 10 minutes and flip onto cooling rack.
