Instructions

Step 1
Sauté onion. Add carrots and celery and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another minute. Add diced tomatoes and simmer for 30 seconds.
Step 2
Add broth, frozen veggies, and uncooked pasta. Season to taste (salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, etc.) Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15-20 minutes. Add beans with 5 minutes left. Remove bay leaf before serving
