Step 1
Coat the chicken with seasoning and olive oil on the inside and both sides well. Tuck back the wings and this is optional, but you can tie the legs closed with butcher twine. Air fry the chicken breast side down for 30 minutes at 350°. Then flip and air fry additional 30 minutes or until a temp of 165° is achieved. Rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
