Step 1
Slice all veggies to preference
Step 2
Place frozen shrimp and crayfish tails in skillet. Season with creole seasoning and cayenne to taste. Cook until thawed, keep liquid.
Step 3
Add shallots, garlic and both kinds of mushrooms. Add creole seasoning and cayenne to taste and add butter. Cover for a few minutes until mushrooms are softer.
Step 4
Add cherry tomatoes sliced in half and peppers sliced into slivers. Let soften
Step 5
Add cream cheese in slices and let cook down, covered or not. Add maybe a cup or so of chicken stock or chicken bouillon. Let cook on medium heat until flavors are blended.
Step 6
I intended to cook this down into a thicker sauce but it was really good and I'm impatient so I didn't wait.
Step 7
Put it on spaghetti or spaghetti squash, fries... whatever
