Cream cheese filling

4 ozcream cheese
at room temp

2 Tbspgranulated sugar

1 tspcorn starch

1 tspflour

1 tspmilk

½ tspvanilla extract

Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
2. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, cream together the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, flour, and corn starch. This should take about 2 minutes. Your mixture should be smooth and creamy. Set aside.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar and melted butter. Add in the vanilla, pumpkin purée, and egg and mix until combined. Fold in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon , nutmeg, ground cloves, pumpkin pie spice, and the milk until combined.

4. Add the cream cheese filling to a piping bag.

5. Pour batter into muffin liners about 314 of the way Up. Pipe about 1 Tbsp of cream cheese into the center of each muffin.
Step 6
Sprinkle some pumpkin seeds onto each muffin.
Step 7
6. Place in the oven for 23-25min.
Step 8
7. Let muffins cool on a cooling rack for at least 30min before serving.

8. Store in the fridge
