Instructions
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together with your hands. Make sure to mix together really well.
Step 2
Make a small kebab to cook and taste for seasonings. Adjust if needed. You can add more corn flour if it’s not binding together
Step 3
In a shallow pan, fill it up with a high smoke point oil, enough to be able to shallow fry the kebabs. Shape the kebabs roughly with your hands into balls in smash them down with your palms.
Step 4
Cook them until browned and then flip and repeat on that side. You can also cook to internal temp 165F to ensure its properly cooked.
Step 5
Take them out and drain on a paper towel.
Step 6
Serve with naan and chutney!!
