Step 1
Slice zuchinni into 1/4 inch thick disks. Salt and put aside. Cook ground turkey and put aside. Blend heavy cream, whole eggs, garlic, pepper, nutmeg, parmesan cheese and basil together in a measuring cup. Butter a 9 x 12 baking dish. Dry zuchinni and place on bottom of pan. top with crumbled turkey and 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese. Pour sauce over mixture and dot with the butter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Remove from oven, add the rest of the cheese and bake for another 10 minutes. Allow to sit for 15 minutes before slicing.
