2 poundsground beef

2 packsonion soup mix

1 tablespoongarlic powder

½ cupketchup

1 cupritz crackers
crushed

2 tablespoonsparsley flakes

2eggs

1 teaspoonpepper

1 tablespoonitalian seasoning

½ cupmilk

½ cupbrown sugar
for the sauce

1 ½ cupsketchup
for the sauce

1 tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
for the sauce

3 cupyellow potatoes
dices

2 cupsbaby carrots
Instructions
Step 1
Start by chopping your onion and washing and dicing your potatoes. Set aside
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine your meat, eggs, seasoning, onion soup mix, crushed crackers, 1/2 cup ketchup, milk, and chopped onion to a bowl
Step 3
Mix until well combined. I like to put on plastic gloves and mix with my hands
Step 4
Once your meat is well combined, form into a loaf in the bowl
Step 5
In a separate bowl, prepare your sauce by mixing 1.5 cups of ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce
Step 6
To the bottom of your crockpot, add your diced potatoes and carrots
Step 7
Top this with your meatloaf
Step 8
Spread the sauce mixture over your meatloaf
Step 9
Cover with the crockpot lid and cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8 hours
