Step 1
Mash the banana and add the rest of the ingredients excluding the cashew butter and maple syrup then pour into a ramekin
Step 2
Mix the cashew butter with the maple syrup to make the 'caramel' and pour it on top of the oat mixture and swirl
Step 3
Bake at 320 F/160 C for 20-25 minutes
