Instructions
Step 1
Strain your pumpkin using a paper towel, squeezing out the liquid.
Step 2
Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and pumpkin.
Step 3
Mix in the egg and vanilla extract.
Step 4
Fold in the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground ginger, and pumpkin pie spice.
Step 5
Mix in the chocolate chips.
Step 6
Place the dough in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes and preheat the oven to 350.
Step 7
Once the oven is preheated, place 1 tbsp sized dough balls onto a lined baking sheet.
Step 8
Bake at 350 for 9 minutes.
