for more easy and delicious recipes! HEALTHY APPLE PANCAKE DIPPERS šš„! This is one of my most popular recipes and for good reasonāapples and pancakes go to together like apple pie š¤š¼. The apples get nice and soft in the pan, and when covered with pancake batter, youāve got the best crispy-crunchy apple pie bites!
Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top or roll them in cinnamon-sugar (or monk fruit for a sugar-free option).
They are SO GOOD. Kids love them. Youāll love them. Iāve never met someone who doesnāt.
2 apples, cores removed
1 cup pancake batter, prepared according to the package instructions (I used
pancake mix)
2 teaspoons cinnamon
