for more easy and delicious recipes! HEALTHY APPLE PANCAKE DIPPERS 🍎🥞! This is one of my most popular recipes and for good reason—apples and pancakes go to together like apple pie 🤞🏼. The apples get nice and soft in the pan, and when covered with pancake batter, you’ve got the best crispy-crunchy apple pie bites!
Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top or roll them in cinnamon-sugar (or monk fruit for a sugar-free option).
They are SO GOOD. Kids love them. You’ll love them. I’ve never met someone who doesn’t.
2 apples, cores removed
1 cup pancake batter, prepared according to the package instructions (I used
pancake mix)
2 teaspoons cinnamon
