Step 1
Pre heat smoker to 220
Step 2
Cut off the top of the garlic head and wrap in foil
Step 3
Cut the veg. Half tomatos and jalapeños quarter onion
Step 4
Smoke for 2 hours.
Step 5
Add all the smoked veg, squeeze the roasted garlic out of the head, juice of 2 limes, cilantro, and seasonings to a blender or food processor and blend to your desired consistency.
