Wowza is this fantastic! For the cost of one of those stale tiny jars of salsa that I used to love, you can have 4-6x that amount of a fresh, delicious salsa. I had a craving and no salsa, so I found this recipe, had the ingredients and thought, canned tomatoes, probably not great, but it’ll do in a pinch. Well, slap my hiney and call me educated! I’ll never go back. Better than Mexican restaurants too!
