Instructions
Step 1
Boil noodles until Al dente according to box directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.

* Add the sausage and cook on each side until done, about 3-4 minutes, then remove from the pot.

* Add the butter, bell peppers, garlic, and onion and cook until the onion is translucent, for about 6 minutes.

* Add the tomato paste and chicken broth to the pot, along with the salt, pepper, and fajita seasoning. stir until evenly mixed.

* Add in the heavy cream and stir constantly. Slowly add in Parmesan cheese and water.

* Add more cheese or water if needed to get desired sauce consistency.

Stir in cooked pasta and sausage.
