Tater-Tot Casserole with Guacamole!
This delicious recipe makes a great family dinner! It is very versatile and can be topped with anything! Perfect for picky and not picky eaters!

Step 1
1. Bake tater-tots in a casserole pan!



Step 2
2. Dice the onion and garlic.


Step 3
3. Cook the garlic, onion, and sausage in a pan. Season to your liking!

4. In a small bowl, whisk together 10 eggs, 1/2c milk, salt, and pepper.

5. Once tater-tots are baked, mix in the sausage mixture and the egg mixture. Then top with shredded cheese. Then bake!

6. While the casserole bakes make your guacamole! Mash two avacados and mix in diced tomatoes. Season to taste!









Step 7
7. Serve the casserole and enjoy! We top ours with guacamole, ketchup, salsa, sour cream, or hot sauce!
