Lovely fajita potato's! With pepper and onions , I use tesco fajita seasoning, you can use any you like

Instructions

Step 1
Chopped all the ingredients and place in a oven roasting pan , set the oven at 180 degrees Celsius

Mix the fajita seasoning in a jug with about 250ml water and a tsp of oil

Pour the mixture over the veg and mix , so they are coated , I put mines under my chicken
