Step 2
Shred the potatoes, using a hand held grater, into a large mixing bowl. Toss together shredded potatoes, spices and chopped spinach or broccoli slaw. Transfer to the parchment lined baking sheet, spreading out evenly.

Bake for 30 minutes or until desired crispiness. Cooking time varies oven to oven, so keep a close eye after 20 minutes
