Step 1
Cut potatoes and beets in 4's
Step 2
Add beets to instant pot with minimum amount of water (2 cups) -- 10 min
Step 3
Add potatoes to instant pot with minimum amount of water (2 cups) -- 5 min
Step 4
Add carrots to instant pot with minimum amount of water (2 cups) -- 6 min
Veggie Prep
Step 5
Remove skin and cut veggies into small (1 cm) pieces
Finish and Serve
