Step 1
Pressure cook onions, garlic, peppers, and oil for 10 minutes at 10# pressure. Cook tomatoes until soft, then put through Foley food mill. Skim excess oil off onions. Mix all together. Use immersion blender to blend smooth. Cook until thick. Once boiling, remove the lid to thicken. Process 30 minutes in hot water bath.
