Instructions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients (except for the salmon) in a gallon ziploc. Add the steaks, press out as much air as possible, and seal the ziploc. Leave to marinate at room temperature for 1-2 hours.
Step 2
Bake salmon for 15 minutes at 400 degrees in a baking dish, saving the marinade. While the salmon cooks, boil the marinade on medium-high heat in a small pan until syrupy. When 15 minutes have elapsed for the fish, remove and serve, brushing each serving liberally with the glaze.
