Utterly decadent, nowhere near healthy - but who cares when you have this layered sweet, salty stack smothered in cinnamon sugar and for a final, knock-your-socks-off delectable moment that will have you craving more - whipped brown butter... 😋

Instructions
Step 1
1. Stack 4 slices of bread and cut off the crusts carefully to create an equally sized stack.
Step 2
2. Spread peanut butter and Nutella on alternating slices and stack.
Step 3
3. In a small pot or a wok, heat your oil.
Step 4
4. Mix your eggs, brown sugar, milk and pinch of salt in a bowl with a whisk.
Step 5
5. Place your stack of bread in the egg mix and coat on all sides. Allow it to soak in the eggs.
Step 6
6. Carefully place it in the hot oil and fry, basting, until all sides are golden brown.
Step 7
7. Remove from oil and place in the cinnamon sugar, coating on all sides.
Step 8
8. Extra step: place the butter in a small saucepan and allow to brown and caramalize. Remove from heat and over a bowl of iced water, whip the butter until creamy. (Will take a while if done by hand...) place on your HK toast.
Step 9
9. Drizzle condensed milk aesthetically over the entire affair & enjoy pure decadence! (I hear some say this goes well with Horlicks - but that might be going a tad too far! 😉)
