Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Place your chicken in an oven safe dish
Step 2
Brush with melted butter and coat with the rub.
Step 3
Add a cup of broth to the pan and cover.
Step 4
Frozen whole chicken: 2 1/2 - 3 hours 350 degrees until the internal temperature of the thickest part reaches 165°F.
Step 5
Remove cover for the last 15 minutes
Step 6
Add 3 tbsp flour to 1.5 - 2 cups water and stir well. Add to the drippings from the chicken (salt or onion powder as required) and heat until thickened for gravy.
