Instructions
For sauce
Step 1
Combine all ingredients, add water until desired consistency is reached
Chicken
Step 2
heat oil in skillet over medium heat, add chicken, garlic, onion, salt & pepper until chicken is cooked
Step 3
add carrots, cabbage, & green onion, cook additional 2 min
Step 4
add sauce & cilantro, top with peanuts, serve over rice or in lettuce wraps
