Instructions

Step 1
Bring 2 pots of salted water to a boil and add in the green bananas to one pot and the potatoes to the other. Cook until it just begins to be soft. This is for about 7 mins.

Heat the vegetable oil and cook the onions until soft

Add in garlic and curry powder and cook for about 30 seconds.

Add in the tomato paste, carrots and french beans and cook until soft.

Add in the sour milk and mix thouroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste

Add the pre-cooked bananas and potatoes and mix thoroughly. Add water and let it simmer until the potatoes and bananas are fully cooked.
