Cook the pasta in salted boiling water.

Melt the butter with olive oil.

Add the garlic and ginger. Cook 1 min.

Add the onion. Cook until light brown.
Step 5
Add the veggies. Cook 3 mins.
Step 6
Add the passata and 1/4 cup of pasta water. Cook until you obtain a thin sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7
Add the pasta and it's ready ! You can top with fresh basil if you want. Bon appétit !
