Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 F and bake pie crust 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until softened and golden. Season with salt and pepper. Slice tomatoes. Chop basil.
In baked crust, layer onions, basil and cheese. Place tomato slices in a circle on cheese overlapping to fit.
Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle some chopped basil on top.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes
