High Protein Folded Breakfast Wrap

This is one of the best brkfst wrap hacks, and is so tasty and filling! This wrap is completely versatile, so feel free to add any other fillings of choice (such as bacon, turkey sausage, basil or arugula, cheddar or cream cheese, hot sauce, hash brown, etc.)

Instructions

Step 1
Whisk egg with egg white in a bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper. Pour into a pan over medium heat (you may want to lightly grease it so they don’t stick; I used a little ICBINB). Swirl the eggs around to cover the base of the pan.
Step 2
Place wrap on top of the eggs, fry for 2 mins then flip and cook for another 2 mins so the wrap gets crispy.
Step 3
Transfer to a plate and cut halfway into the wrap.
Step 4
Arrange fillings in each quarter, season with salt & pepper then fold it up and enjoy as a delicious, healthy breakfast!
