Fiesta Omlette
5 steps
Prep:5minCook:15min
This is a yummy omlette receipe I created that was a twist from a Martha Stewart avocado omlette receipe I spied online. I enjoy it because I don't have to cook the inner ingredients before I add it to the egg mixture. You can change the portion of ingredients to whatever appeals to your taste buds. Hope you enjoy!!

Instructions
Step 1
Place 1/2 tablespoon of butter in omlette pan and turn heat up to medium.
Step 2
Crack three eggs into one bowl and separate and toss one yolk. Mix spices and milk into egg mixture and stir gently.
Step 3
Add egg mixture to pan. Push sides of omlette in and tilt pan to let uncooked egg mixture on top flow onto pan surface to cook evenly. Keep eye on omlette until it appears to be almost done.
Step 4
Place avocado, Pico, cilantro, Cremosa, and fiesta cheese in center of omlette. Reduce heat by half, cover, and let sit for approximately 5 minutes or until egg is done and cheese has melted.
Step 5
Once finished fold omlette in half over yummy inner ingredients and serve!!
