Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat ovent to 400 degrees. Use an iron skillet for ease and one pot meal. Fry ground meat in skillet with a little oil to keep from sticking. Once meat has finished, remove and save to the side. Add onion, pepper, and garlic and cook until aromatic. Add mixed vegetables. Cook until slightly soft, thawed or to your liking. While the vegetables are cooking, mix the sour dough mix, salt, baking powder, eggs, and basil. Once the vegetables are ready, mix meat back with vegetables mixing together. Turn burner off. Pour sourdough mix on top. Cover with shredded cheese. Place skillet in oven (on cooking sheet to prevent drips in oven) and bake for 25 minutes or until sourdough mix is done and cheese is golden brown. Makes 8 servings.
