Instructions
Step 1
Add flour and yeast to bowl. Set stand mixer on lowest setting
Step 2
Add over half the water. When water is absorbed, keep adding water little by little. YOU MUST DO THIS BEFORE A BALL IS FORMED!
Step 3
Add salt , set mixer on max for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add olive oil mix for another 5-10 minutes
