Instructions
Step 1
Add water and yeast into the bowl of a stand mixer with a dough hook.
Step 2
Add oil,flour, and salt to the bowl and knead for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap until it’s doubled in size. In the fridge it takes about 10-12 hours but outside of the fridge it can take about 5-6 hours. In the summertime it may be faster at room temperature.
Step 4
Remove from the bowl and lift and fold the bottom under so it is round. Do this all around the edge (about four times).
Step 5
Cover the bottom on the pan generously with olive oil. Place the dough ball into the pan and cover and let rise for 6 hours in the fridge or 2-3 hours at room temperature.
Step 6
Grease the top of the dough and poke with your hands so nice bubble form. If bubbles don’t form let it rise longer. Place rosemary,kosher salt,or other herbs on top when you are done.
Step 7
Bake at 480 degrees for about 18-20 minutes and enjoy.
