0.25 cupFreshbasil
chopped finely
24 ozMarinarasauce
3 cupsReducedfat mozzarella cheese
shredded, shredded
1 cupYellowonions
chopped finely
0.5 lbHotItalian sausage
removed from casing and chopped
1 cupPecorinoRomano cheese
grated
1 tspGarliccloves
minced

1 packGluten free no boil lasagna noodles
16 ozWholemilk ricotta
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Step 2
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high. Add in onions, beef and sausage. Cook several minutes until meat is well browned. Add in sauce, bring to a simmer and set aside.
Step 3
Combine eggs, ricotta, basil, garlic, Pecorino cheese and half of mozzarella together in a bowl. Whisk to incorporate.
Step 4
Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish, then spread a thin layer of meat sauce on bottom.
Step 5
Spread in first layer of noodles followed by cheese mixture and meat sauce. Continue 2 more times.
Step 6
Top lasagna with remaining sauce and cheese.
Step 7
Cover loosely with foil and bake 20 minutes. Then remove foil and finish baking for 20 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes before serving.
