Step 1
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Pat the chicken breasts dry and Heavy season all over with the Brown Sugar Bourbon seasoning. Add additional brown sugar to make it sweeter if you want.
Step 2
When oil is hot, add chicken breasts to the pan smooth side down. Cook, undisturbed, for 5 minutes. Flip and cook 5 minutes longer, until golden on both sides and no pink remains. Put in the oven for 10-15 Let rest for 10 minutes
Step 3
Melt butter or bacon grease in the same saucepan over medium low heat. Add heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes, then add Marsala Wine let simmer for 2 minutes then add Parmesan cheese and whisk quickly, heating through. Add salt, pepper, brown sugar bourbon seasoning, cilantro, parsley and red chili flakes. Whisk until sauce thickens.
Step 4
For the Garlic Parmesan bread Heat the oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl, stir together the butter, garlic, Parmesan and parsley. Add the salt and generously season with pepper. Set aside while you cut the baguette.
