Step 1
Preheat oven to 350* Salt and Pepper Chicken on both sides To each bowl add 2 TBSP of rice, pinch of salt, 1/4 cup broth, 5 oz of chicken, 2 TBSP cream cheese, 1/4 cup salsa, 1 oz cheese. Bake 35-40 min or until rice is cooked.
Let cool before covering and putting in fridge.
