Cheesy Chicken Hoagie with Garlic Mayo

Instructions
Step 1
Slice Chicken thinly
Step 2
Combine with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder in a bowl
Step 3
In a separate bowl combine the chicken, onion, peppers and seasoning
Step 4
Add mixture to a non stick pan (use a small amount of oil if needed) then add the cup of water
(You could add the water to the seasoning bowl first to get any of the left over seasoning into the mix)

Cover for 15 minutes on medium heat

Meanwhile, combine mayo, garlic and paprika into a small bowl for the garlic mayo
Step 7
After the 15 minutes has passed, add the sliced cheese to the top of the mixture in the pan and cover for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese
Step 8
Toast Sub rolls under the grill for 2 minutes
Step 9
Spread garlic mayo on the rolls, then top with your cheesy chicken. Cut in half and enjoy
