Instructions
Step 1
Combine flour, red pepper, and salt; cut in butter and cheese with a pastry blender. Add hot sauce. Sprinkle cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time, evenly over surface. Stir with a fork until all ingredients are moistened. Shape into a ball.
Step 2
Roll dough to 1/8- inch thickness on a lightly floured surface; cut with a round 2-1/2 - inch round cutter. Press a Pecan half to the right of center in each circle. Moisten edges with water and fold over, pressing with fork tines.
Step 3
Place on lightly greased baking sheet; bake at 350° 15 minutes. Cool.
