Instructions

Step 1
Brown beef. When beef is halfway oil and rice. Brown. Add onions and garlic for a couple minutes. Add bullion
Step 2
Add taco seasoning.
Step 3
Add crushed tomato. And water. Bring to a simmer Add cilantro. Cook until rice is done. Add cilantro and cheese on top.
Step 4
If bell pepper is desired, cut top off and scoop out insides. Fill with taco rice and bake or air fry until bell pepper is desired tenderness. Add cheese to top if you desire a crispy cheesy topping.
