Step 1
1. Brown the ground beef until no longer pink then add in the onion, garlic sauté for a couple of minutes

2. Add in the taco seasoning, chili flakes, water and mix, cover and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.

3. Put the tortillas in a tray sprinkle the cheese on top and into the oven they go at 350° just until the cheese melts.

4. Take the tortillas out of the oven put the hard taco shell in the middle and fold the sides to cover the shell on both sides
Step 5
5. Then stuff with the meat, lettuce, tomatoes, more cheese, sour cream and enjoy!
