Instructions

Step 1
Peel and slice three sweet apples then add to a pot with 100 ml water . Bring to a simmer then cover for 5-6 minutes and cook until soft . Once cooked blend with a blender stick

While the apple sauce is hot add coconut oil vanilla cinnamon and stir together

Step 3
Add hemp seeds flax seeds sunflower seeds pumpkin seeds and gluten free oats and mix until combined then push into a small greased lined baking dish . Bake at 180 c / 360 f for 25 minutes . Let it cook then slice into bars . Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
