Instructions

Step 1
In a pan saute, garlic and onions. Once its lightly brown, add the minced pork.
Step 2
Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce, oystre sauce and a bit of vinegar. Cook the meat until the juices comes out
Step 3
Add potatoes, cook until its about tender. Then add mix veggies (carrots, peas, corn) and raisins. Set aside and let it cool
Step 4
Dough: In a bowl, place all the dough ingredients: 2 1/2 cups (300g) of all purpose flour, 2tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 cup ( 120g) unsalted butter ( cut into cubes), 1/2cup of water and 1 egg. Mix together until fully combined and the dough is smooth. Cover with cloth for 15-20 mins before cutting the dough
Step 5
Divide dough 50g each, make it into a ball before flattening the dough. Flatten dough on lightly floured surface to avoid sticking
Step 6
Assemble: Add a spoonful of filling, fold and crimp to seal the dough
Step 7
Deep fry until golden brown
